Open the PhonePe app.
Navigate to My Profile > All Payment Methods > PhonePe Gift Card > Claim Now.
Enter the gift card number and PIN to add the balance to the PhonePe account.

1. Campaign Duration
The Campaign will be active from 26th September 2025 till the stock lasts.
2. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals who:
Are citizens of India
Are residents of India
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Britannia Industries Ltd., its affiliates, campaign partners, or associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Conditions
To participate, the User must:
Scan the QR code printed on eligible Britannia product packs
Submit their name and a valid Indian mobile number
Verify the mobile number through a 6-digit OTP sent via SMS
4. Participation Limits
A User may participate only once with a phone number during the entire campaign period.
Participation will be tracked using the mobile number used during OTP verification.
5. Gratification Structure
A. Cashback
Cashback values may vary for other states (e.g. ₹5, ₹7, ₹10) apart from Tamil Nadu which will be ₹5 for all
Cashback will not be provided in real-time and shall be disbursed within 10 working days from the date of winning.
A User is eligible to win cashback only once during the campaign.
B. Lockout Clause
Once a User has won a cashback they shall be notified and will no longer be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Further access to the campaign experience shall be restricted for that mobile number.
6. Winner Fulfillment
Cashback will be fulfilled within 10 working days of winning.
Winners are required to retain the product pack used for participation as proof of purchase. Britannia reserves the right to request this proof for verification at any time.
7. Fraud Prevention and Disqualification
Attempting to bypass campaign limitations using multiple mobile numbers.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity detected by the Organizer shall result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.
8. General Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign or any part thereof without prior notice, for any reason including force majeure.
All decisions made by Britannia Industries Ltd. in connection with the Campaign shall be final and binding on all Participants.
The Campaign shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
9. Data Privacy
By participating in the Program, unless otherwise advised, each Participant consents that Britannia/ Agency or its affiliates may use such personal information, specifically their mobile number and location, or disclose it to other organizations for use in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The Participants understands that Britannia/ Agency is not liable to acknowledge/ give credits, provide further reference, or payment or such other compensation or recognition to the Participant. Participants' personal information may be disclosed to statutory authorities, if required
Such details of Participants including Winners or Mega Prize Winners, if any, shared with Britannia/ Agency including phone number, address etc. shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to analyse and summarize data that is collected and also reserves the right to publish, distribute, share summaries of the data collected with sponsors or other business partners without limitations or obligations of any kind subject to applicable laws.
